Individual Therapy & Counseling

Individual therapy and counseling services are geared towards each client’s unique issues and needs. None of us came with an owner’s manual for our minds, and psychologists have been working on providing tools and techniques for gaining greater control of our thoughts, feelings, and behavior for over 100 years. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), are but a few of the empirically validated treatment techniques that I use to help clients address a varlety of problems and presentations, and to take better control of their thinking and behavior. I have equal experience and success working with children, adolescents, and adults, and welcome clients of all ages. While many clients seek to address problems, others are more focused on self-improvement and may prefer counseling or executive coaching services.
